| DANIEL W. HOLDEN, born May 1, 1934 in Anaheim, California; he received his B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. cum laude from Loyola University. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Bar Association from 1971 to 1981 and was chairman of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section in 1979. Mr. Holden served as a State Inheritance Tax Referee from 1971 to 1976 and was general counsel to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange for 25 years. He has lectured on inheritance and estate planning matters in Continuing Education of the Bar programs. Areas of practice include real estate, probate, trust and non-profit corporations.

COLELLA, born April 29, 1980 in San Bernardino, California; received his B.B.A. from the University of San Diego in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2005. | AMAR M. HATTI, born March 25, 1980 in Pasadena, California; received his B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley in December 2001. He received his J.D. in 2006 from the University of Southern California Law School. Amar was accepted in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program at USC and was winner of the Best Brief and Outstanding Service Awards for the 2004-2005 Program. | LEE B. MADINGER, born September 4, 1948 in Port Arthur, Texas; Lee Madinger received his B.A. in Journalism from Washington & Lee University in 1970. He has a Master of Theology degree from Southern Methodist University, and obtained his J.D. summa cum laude, from Whittier College School of Law in 1990. He is author of "Free Speech in Public Places: Application of the Perry Analysis in Picketing Cases", 11Whitier Law Review 267 (1989). He taught legal research and writing at Whittier for six years. He is admitted to practice before the courts of California, Federal Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Lee presently concentrates on civil litigation in business and real estate matters.
