DANIEL W. HOLDEN,  born May 1, 1934 in Anaheim, California; he received his B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. cum laude from Loyola University.  He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Bar Association from 1971 to 1981 and was chairman of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section in 1979.  Mr. Holden served as a State Inheritance Tax Referee from 1971 to 1976 and was general counsel to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange for 25 years.  He has lectured on inheritance and estate planning matters in Continuing Education of the Bar programs.  Areas of practice include real estate, probate, trust and non-profit corporations.

DAVID P. COLELLA, born April 29, 1980 in San Bernardino, California; received his B.B.A. from the University of San Diego in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2005.  While at Hastings, he was member of Phi Alpha Delta, the Business and Commercial Law Society and the Association of Sports, Communication and Entertainment Law.  He also served as a research assistant to William K.S. Wang on the published treatise, Insider Trading. Practice areas include a broad range of civil litigation and transactional matters, including corporate contracts, real property matters, estate planning, and probate proceedings.

ARIC M. DAVISON, born March 21, 1977 in Virginia; received his B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California in 1998. He received his J.D. in 2005 from Chapman University earning a certificate in both the Environmental/Land Use/Real Estate Law program and the Tax Law program. He handles a broad range of business and real estate transactional matters.

AMAR M. HATTI, born March 25, 1980 in Pasadena, California; received his B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley in December 2001.  He received his J.D. in 2006 from the University of Southern California Law School.  Amar was accepted in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program at USC and was winner of the Best Brief and Outstanding Service Awards for the 2004-2005 Program.  For the 2005-2006 Program, he was Topic Editor and a member of the competition team.  His practice is currently concentrated on civil litigation in business and real estate matters. ahatti@flsd.com
LEE B. MADINGER, born September 4, 1948 in Port Arthur, Texas; Lee Madinger received his B.A. in Journalism from Washington & Lee University in 1970.  He has a Master of Theology degree from Southern Methodist University, and obtained his J.D. summa cum laude, from Whittier College School of Law in 1990.  He is author of  "Free Speech in Public Places: Application of the Perry Analysis in Picketing Cases",  11Whitier Law Review 267 (1989).  He taught legal research and writing at Whittier for six years.  He is admitted to practice before the courts of California, Federal Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.  Lee presently concentrates on civil litigation in business and real estate matters.
